When was the last time you listened to your inner voice? The true one, I mean.
Not the harsh and judgmental one that scolds you for every little “mistake”, because it prefers you to stay stuck and safe in your comfort zone where no one and nothing sees you, protected from the judgment of the world that you worry so much about.
I’m referring to that gentle, calm, sweet, and reassuring voice that whispers to you: “Go ahead, go calmly. That’s the right path to take, and if it’s not, you can turn back. And besides, who cares what others think? I’m here for you, and you don’t have to worry about anything… go… be happy!“
How beautiful that little voice is, isn’t it? It’s a friendly voice, one you can trust because it tells you the truth, and you know very well that it wants the best for you. Can you listen to it occasionally and treasure its suggestions?
Your Higher Version speaks to you, guiding you along the way because it – and only it – knows the path. But if you still can’t hear it, something is blocking you from fully letting it emerge, such as fear of judgment from others or a lack of self-confidence. However, it’s important to recognize that this inner voice is a precious source of wisdom and intuition that deserves to be heard and followed.
To free your Higher Version and allow it to guide you towards happiness and success, it’s necessary to overcome the obstacles that hold you back.

Here Are Some Steps you can Take To Do So
Cultivate awareness: Become aware of the thoughts and emotions that hold you back by observing the patterns of self-judgment, which are the same ones that make you fear the judgment of others – in other words, you are the first one to judge yourself. Knowing these patterns will allow you to confront them more consciously and make decisions based on inner truth rather than fear.
Challenge your fears: Identify the fears that hold you back and actively challenge them. Ask yourself what you would do if you didn’t fear the judgment of others. What actions would you take? What would you allow yourself to do? Push yourself beyond your comfort zones and face the challenges that scare you. Remember that true change happens outside of your safety zone.
Practice self-compassion: Be kind and compassionate to yourself during this liberation process. Recognize that we all make mistakes and that the path to authenticity can sometimes be difficult. Treat yourself with love and indulgence, accepting yourself in every moment, including your “imperfections”.
Seek support: Don’t go on this journey alone. Seek the support of friends, family, or a professional who can help you explore your fears, overcome obstacles, and strengthen your connection with your Higher Version.
Remember, you are the guardian of your Inner Power. Free your Voice and embrace its loving guidance.
